I contacted agilaflex after suffering with lower back pain for a week and pain relief given by my GP was not helping. I saw Antonia who was very professional and got to the source of the problem. I felt immediate relief from the treatment i recieved and by the second visit i was walking and feeling much better and was able to return to work and training. I am continuing to see Antonia at agilaflex to maintain my lower back and cannot recommend them enough.

If you have a running injury, Phil is your man. I have had persistent pain in my achilles tendon for a few years. Despite seeing several physiotherapists, as my running time and frequency increased, so did the pain. In only one appointment, Phil not only prescribed me effective physio exercises, he advised me on how to train. I followed his advice and after 4 months of pain free training I was able to finish my first marathon. I'd also recommend the sports massage here. It sorted out my tired, post marathon legs.
