Owes me 1,000 in paid for parts and 2,000 paid for labour which he demanded before returning to finish the job (which he never did). Refuses to return calls, give me the paid for parts or return money for work not completed. Had complaints from neighbours about swearing and smoking outside my house. Charges full daily rate for unskilled and apprentices and does not do a full day (5-6 hours on site minus 2-3 cigarette breaks per hour), Have also since found out he massively over charged for parts (100% markup).Avoid at all costs.
