I have been coming here for over 18 years. Why? B&O equipment quite literally speaks for itself. Just have a listen. It has a depth of sound all of its own. The equipment is beautifully designed and timeless in character. No knobs, lights or dials to distract. It will not go out of fashion. The TV picture quality is outstanding. The customer service you receive from John and James Marshal and their fitters is outstanding. They do not rush or hassle you. Then there is the after sales service. This is where they excell. They will come to your house to investigate and solve those tricky equipment and WiFi issues. Quickly and efficiently; no hassle, just good honest reliable and quick support. Finally they are thoroughly decent folk, right down to the aerial fitter. What more could you ask for? Well try this; they even tend my Jack Russell dog whilst I nip next door to Boots! They kept me up to speed with all communications, were utterly transparent and resolved the matter to my full satisfaction. Global quality brand supported by excellent local service.
I was in the market for some high end speakers, so I walked in here the other day to have a look. The employees snubbed me completely, but were falling over themselves to talk to the better-dressed guy who came in right after me. Make sure to look like the kind of person who would shop there, otherwise you might have a hard time.
