Ordered flowers before mothers day via website and was given the same day delivery option on the website. So paid extra for same day option. Flowers never came and was extremely rude on the phone. Said i was a bully? How can a customer be a bully when the service did not get carried out? If you cant deliver on the sameday, dont put that option on the website, as people expect to have the flowers delivered on the same day and paid extra towards it. Never use the service and be warned: customer service is horrible.
