Some of the reviews on this site made me speechless. I cannot speak highly enough of the care and expertise at Sarum Road Hospital. I was lucky enough to have been given a replacement hip two weeks ago and from my first appointment to follow up appointments the process has been seamless. I have been treated with courtesy and received the most wonderful care. Thank God for the NHS, the hard working staff at all grades deserve our support not abuse.
I attended there yesterday as a day admission. My 5 year old daughter was having two procedures under a general anastetic. The care, attention to detail and friendliness of all staff was superb. My daughter felt valued and special from arrival to departure. Nobody could do too much and this really helped her stay calm and focussed throughout. Granted this is not a new "state of the art" building, but it is the care you are going for and this hospital had it in spades. I simply cannot fault them at any stage or for any aspect. I thoroughly recommend them. For me, for my daughter, the investment and cost was totally worthwhile.
Makes you appreciate the NHS all the more - pay through the nose and not any better. Look forward to the tories wrecking the health service after Brexit :(
Terrific Hospital with clean, comfortable, and well appointed facilities. Staff are wonderful, they could not do enough for me. This has been my experience on every one of my visits, that now numbering into double figures.
