A real SCAMMY company. DO NOT use them! They will give you a fake price online in which they encourage an online discount if you pay online. But you WILL then be asked to call them to get the insurance going.They then interrogate you on the phone and use 'waste your time' on hold tactics to find any reason to up the insurance. Many people in the below reviews have had the same experience and I suspect that their good reviews are fake.My quote was 651 online and I paid the deposit for that quote and then told me I had to pay 1100, I then immediately went online and re-done the quote and online it was telling me 750. They spent 20 minutes wasting my time again trying to find a reason not to honour it and then found a pathetic reason which legally carries no weight but instead of arguing I refused the policy as at the same time I found the bad reviews online and the suspiciously good ones. I consider myself lucky.I predict the NO-ONE has ever paid the 'online' price and I suggest that you don't even try.
I have been insured with city insurance for 20 years not only for my car insurance but also for my home and business insurance. I just want to say a big thank you for the first class service you provide and the excellent premiums you always quotes me. It is great to speak to people who are knowledgeable and friendly and to be honest it doesnt matter who I talk to as I always get a high standard of service - highly recommend!
