Visited this store in Dec 2017 and again in Dec 2018. The customer service is unbelievable. The whole shopping experience made my wife and I feel hugely valued customers. Cant recommend this store highly enough.

Fantastic customer service! helpful and knowledgeable team... Jade was particularly brilliant and gave my wife and I the perfect experience whilst purchasing my wedding ring. Offerings of Champagne and a personal introduction from Jeremy were a welcome classy touch. Best jeweler found in what turned out to be a fairly extensive hunt.
Thank you so much for creating my perfect engagement ring. I was pretty sure when I came in to Jeremy France that the ring I wanted wasn't possible due to a very difficult experience with a previous jewellers. Within 10 minutes I had been introduced to Emma who sketched the exact ring I was imagining. She understood it immediately. The CAD design was amazing and for the first time I saw the ring I had always hoped for. Choosing the diamonds was probably the most fun day ever! Emma was in constant contact with me to let me know the stage my ring was at and created an incredible experience. The ring is absolutely stunning and I can't thank Emma and everyone who helped at Jeremy France. The whole experience was fantastic and I am so grateful.
