We had an issue with our back door. I was expecting to schedule an appointment for a few day's time as this was not an emergency. However, David was able to respond within ten minutes and provided excellent service. He answered all of my questions and was speedy. Would highly recommend.

We could not lock the door to our office and phoned Winlocks Locksmiths. David answered the call immediately and came out within 15 minutes. The lock was repaired within 10 minutes - problem solved! Incredibly helpful and professional and we would definitely recommend. Not too expensive either.
