I was recommended to Mark by a local physiotherapist who knew he was good at heads and jaws! I have been suffering for over 10 years with constant tight neck and jaw, causing daily headaches and frequent migraines. Despite seeing many people over the years ranging from GP, shoulder consultant, MRI, sport's physio to sport's massage, acupuncture, reflexology; although these have helped, nothing has actually got to the root of the problem. Then in the last 5 years since having two children I have suffered additionally from extreme fatigue, making it truly hard to get through the days.Mark, through muscle testing, very quickly identified a weakness and complete lack of strength in my muscles. He recommended iron supplements and within days I literally felt the life come back into my body.
