Promised a delivery this morning but nothing arrived. Have called twice but no answer. Frustrating !!Come on Homebase you must do better.How long do we have to wait in.Think twice about going back.

The store and staff are great but October the 14th is the wrong time to be pumping out Christmas music, and it is the tackiest kind also. I found this extremely irritating and this will be a form of torture for the staff as they cannot escape listening to this again and again for at least 2 months! For a religious and festive occasion that is actually only about 5 days long Homebase is continuing a trend that devalues the occasion by making into one of the longest festivals on the planet, taking up to 20% of the year!
We came to Homebase in Winchester on the 6th of October, to pick up some paint as we were short one colour. Liam helped us to create our paint. He had an amazing customer service skills. He asked my 5 year old son to assist him. He was pressing lots of different buttons and Liam was explaining to him, what is going on. My son absolutely loved it! Massive thank you to Liam for all help!
Helpful staff but stock is limited. However they are not afraid to recommend other stores that might hold the exact product you need which was a great help and saved a lot of time. More stores should be as helpful.
