I have used Stable Close over the past few years for my dog. They have been excellent for both minor and more major treatments including one operation. Staff are friendly and professional and their charges are much more reasonable than the vets I used before. Highly recommend. Peter
On 19/11 I telephoned my vets to arrange for them to come to our home and put my cat babygirls to sleep. She had a growth in her brain and was on steroids but I'd noticed she was starting to struggle over the weekend and didn't want her to suffer unnecessarily. I arranged a home visit for the Wednesday as I wanted babygirls to be as happy and comfy as possible and my other cat misty to be there and known what happened to her friend and it's okWhen the vet and nurse arrived babygirls was sat on my knee on the sofa and my son opened the door. They came in and he put his bag on the side, neither of them spoke much, he started looking in his bag and babygirls tried to get down the sofa to see what he was doing, he mumbled something about shaving, grabbed her by her front leg and pulled her to him, she started screaming and fighting to be free and he pinned her down, my other cat tried to get to her and couldn't, I didn't know what was happening and crying and he roughly shaved her leg and injected her. She fought and screamed the whole was through.She was a sweet gentle cat and would of let the vet shave her leg and sat with me while he gave her the injection.
We've been using this vet practice for a number of years and can only say we have received the best possible care for our dogs and cats. They will look for cheapest way to treat without compromising the health of the pet. My gsd has complex problems but Colin is incredibly good with her and helps us with any treatment. I can't fault them.
