Excellent salon, professional staff and so far I am happy and sometimes delighted with the (many!) treatments I have had. These include Promax which has been well worth the money. I had a couple of minor issues but as soon as I mentioned them to the salon, they were very concerned and resolved them extremely well and I was more than happy with the outcome. In my view it is the way a company deals with issues that makes them stand out from the crowd and I couldn't fault Sparx in that respect. The staff are all lovely and seem genuinely happy to see me and that makes me feel very welcome (and, with the good quality treatments, I have become a very loyal customer as a result).
Brilliant salon, very friendly and professional
Professional staff, nice atmosphere, efficient but maybe too efficient waxing services. Skin was red and tender around armpit and intimate area for a few days after going to the salon, sometimes quite painful if my movements weren't careful. This is not my first time going at a salon for waxing but it's never been quite as painful as this (pain never lasted more than a day). The quality of the service was definitely not worth the price I paid.
