I went in to see Aaron when I was looking to buy a new bike. Having not cycled for years I only had a rough idea of what I was after and how much I would have to spend. Aaron took the time to talk me through some options and let me have a test ride of a couple of bikes to compare. I ended up spending less than I anticipated on a bike he recommended and 4 months on I am still thrilled with my purchase. I will definitely be going back to Aaron for all of my cycling supplies and servicing. His knowledge is extensive and his customer service excellent, I would definitely recommend seeing him for a more personal service before going with one of the larger chain stores. Thanks Aaron!

Excellent service, good quality equipment at reasonable prices sold by someone who is very knowledgeable on the topic of bikes!Aaron goes above and beyond, he completely kitted me out for my cycle touring of Europe. He gave up his spare time to teach me how to put my bike together and was even at the end of the phone to talk me through a few technical bits on my arrival in Croatia. I popped into other bike shops whilst prepping up and none compared to Chase Cycles. I will certainly be using them again for any future bike needs.

Brilliant service! Not only did I get top quality mountain bikes but I also took a push chair in for a replacement brake fix and got that done for a nominal fee. Always friendly, polite and informative and wouldn't go anywhere else for cycling needs.
