Chris thanks for the very late offer. Hargroves sorted me out with a brake upgrade which I was happy to pay them for, their customer service is really worth noting.What a shame, have had OK service from this place before (they're nice guys) but when I called with a well known brake fault on a Whyte Bike 403 (600+ bought 5-6 months ago from them) they wouldn't put a customer (my 11 year old son) before a bike brand for a 50 quid fix which would more than likely have been dealt with under warranty. Sadly I'll not be returning to the shop & I won't be buying another Whyte bike.

Absolutely brilliant service today from all 3 members of staff, especially Paul. I spoke to them a couple of days prior about getting a wireless unit fitted to my di2 and was told they could do it. I turned up, they fitted it and was great. I came back, went to update via Bluetooth and the update failed (stupid phone app!). I quickly drove it back to them and Paul spent almost an hour sorting it out for me and ended up staying past official closing time. I cannot thank him and the staff enough. Top service and I'd thoroughly recommend them.Thank you so much guys!
