This company doesnt have any respect for their clients. I had planned a trip with my family for this bank holiday (26/05 - 28/05) and we booked a car from Saturday to Monday. The person who talked with us in the phone made a mistake and booked the car only for Monday. When my husband went there Saturday morning to get the car they said they could do nothing about the mistake and that we wouldnt have a car, that they only had cars for one day use (Saturday) and the cars werent there yet, so we would have to wait until someone come back with a car. After waiting for a long time, my husband decided to rent it anyway only for Saturday and they told him they would need a letter as proof of address!! Nobody told us about this and any other company asked for it before! We ended up not going for the trip at all!!! If someone makes a mistake, the company has to fix it for their clients and they didnt. And even though they knew they were wrong, they were super rude and not helpful at all. We hope never rent a car with this company again. There is another company near the station better than this one. As residents of Winchester, we dont recommend this company.
