Usual excellent Enterprise service - we had a car from here as an insurance rental at short notice just before Xmas. Amazed they could rustle up a car at such short notice!

I have used Winchester Enterprise a lot now and come to know the folk there. In the time I've used them there have been a couple of hiccups, be they car issues or vehicle availability, but what they have always been, without fail, is courteous, friendly and above all apologetic and accommodating when things have not gone quite right (Yes! I've pranged one of their cars!) It's pretty much the same with everything in life - treat people how you would wish to be treated yourself and generally things will work out for the best.
The staff at enterprise in Winchester were OK. They kept ringing me to check my booking over and over again. I gave details to them and requested to reduce the damage waiver in advance. But even though I'd already popped in this information wasn't saved on the system. After I had picked up the car they rang AGAIN as they had noted the numberplate down wrong. Quite a messy system with the distance between office and car park. I have experienced better more professional service at locations in Wellingborough, Lewisham and Northampton. The Winchester branch was disappointing. It is so expensive.
