Excellent service... and I trust them... a first for garages!
Booked a repair investigation on line for 8.30 on Wednesday 30th only to receive a call at 8.00 to tell me that the on line booking system did not work correctly and they were fully booked. I was not happy as I had taken the morning off work to get this looked at. Thankfully Halfords in Eastleigh who I have used before with no problems, fitted me in later in the morning.I'm not blaming the staff at the branch but the on line booking service needs looking at.
I arrived worried I had broken my exhaust on a speed bump and it turned out the rattling noise was just a stone stuck behind the brake disk. It was all sorted in 15 mins and when I offered to pay the kind staff member said it was on the house! Will definitely be back for my service and MOT. Thanks to Jake who was very welcoming and the staff for fixing everything so quickly.
Very reliable branch who I have used for many years across several vehicles. Store manager (Simon) is friendly and especially helpful - arranging for a faulty part to be removed, repaired by a specialist 3rd party and then reinstalling it for us. Many thanks!
