The website claims our local Harestock Garage offers a complete range of professional garage services. Today when I called them to book in our camper van which has an oil leak I wasn't asked any questions and was simply told they would not be interested in getting involved. I can only assume this garage operates on the basis they service modern vehicles which they can hook up to diagnostic devices and be told what they need to fix? What happened to 'old school' engineering? Very disappointing for a garage who trades on a 40 year reputation. I own two other modern vehicles but will not take any of them down the road to this garage in the future.
Excellent service. Really care about what they do and the quality of work. They've been servicing our cars for a few years now and never had a remotely questionable job.
