The perfect tenant was found within a week all paperwork and legal requirements were explained in detail and quickly concluded and the tenant was able to move in without a hitch. We wanted to let our property and they met with us and gave us all the relevant information and took the time to properly look round our property and discuss all our requirements. They communicated with us at every stage and kept us well informed of progress. They found us a well suited tenant very efficiently. Even after the letting stage when we had an initial problem with the property they were very quick and efficient in helping with the communication in order to resolve the problem.
