I enquired on a car that i had seen on the web, and was sent a video of the car explaining the features and service history which was really useful and set them apart from other car dealers i had spoken to. I went to see the car and the guys were really pleasant and i got a great sense that these were people i could trust.
Avoid this dealer at all costs... Complete liars! They are the most dishonourable motor dealers imaginable.... We purchased a used Toyota Aygo at full asking price and had the unfortunate dealings with Danny, a typical used car salesmans with no scrupples... We initially paid our deposit by phone not yet having seen the car, but was assured it was in excellent condition with no marks. A few days later we were told it had a couple of dents, so we requested a video as we were now concerned. Danny sent us a video showing the dents and assured us that these dents would be removed by their dentman and we would never know they were there. On this reassurance we continued with the purchase. On the day of collection we were processed like battery Hens, not being allowed to see the vehicle until we had made full and final payment and signed all paper work. Once this was completed we looked at the vehicle. Straight away we noticed the dents still around the car which Danny had promissed to have repaired before purchased! Secondly and most concerning was that the front windscreen had two large stone chips that had turned into two cracks. To our amazement they had just passed this with an MOT!!! Theres no way in this world an MOT station would pass an MOT with cracks in the front windscreen as this forms part of the structure of the vehicle. Thirdly, the boot parcel shelf was missing too! I returned to the showroom and reported our findings and concerns. Danny, then came out and promissed to supply a new parcel shelf and started removing ones from other cars... He removed one from a Peugeot 108! Even we knew this was not going to fit... So he promissed to get one and post it on the following week. Six months later we are still waiting... and are exhausted with trying to communicate and not receiving any call back. We have even offered to prchase one ourselves and for them to reimburse us!!! The cracked windscreen which never should of gone through an MOT finally got replaced as they knew they were banged to rights and could of got in to a lot of trouble or even lost their MOT licence... Lastly, once off site Danny suffered from amnesia and said he could not remember offering to remove dents even though he sent us a whatsapp video!!! Apart from all this, which you dont expect from a Large Main Dealer (SNOWS MOTOR GROUP) by the time we got home the car would not tick over without keeping your foot on the accelarator, The brakes were binding and the right brake caliper was sticking... Which we had to pay for ourselves. Then within the first month the drivers door motor broke and we could not open the drivers door and had to get in the passengers side and slide across. Once again we had to cover all repair costs!!! From the outset we were mislead and lied to from this untrustworthy dealership... We have now stopped driving the vehicle and it is just sitting in our garage as we have lost all faith in the vehicle and evenmoreso in Snows Motor Group...

The sales office is behind the Volvo garage and not very obvious from the road ,but everyone were very helpful and took us to the cars.
