Great service and very knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised when I came to pick up my car after a service and they've even washed it for me.
Poor customer service. They don't answer back an e-mail .. If I didn't insist with them to get a part for my c4 that was in warranty . Probably I would never get a answer back.. After wait for two weeks I got the part...everything was sorted with the warranty through the email I sent...but my answer by email I am still waiting... I asked to call me back when the service is done.. But they didn't... They don't know really what is customer service... If you need to go to a citroen try to avoid that one
So happy we took our little Shogun here....was gutted when took it to 4 garages and none could help....Wilmoths was a different story ....were very upfront with costing and what needed to be done. Very happy customer and we will be using them from here onwards.
Don't let the majority of good reviews influence your decision if you're in need of a mechanic. The majority of good reviews are associated with the sales/showroom team and not the workshop. The showroom team were brilliant. When I dealt with them, I was given a courtesy vehicle immediately; can't fault the chap. He was both polite and helpful.The workshop on the other hand, is a separate building down the road: franchised? The vehicle went in for a replacement part and came out with the same fault no more than 10minutes down the road! It's okay though. I was given a good deal on the return visit because of the amount of money spent on the first visit - *Sigh*I have emailed the workshop about another problem after coming out and had no response. I also emailed Mitsubishi to complain and had no response.I don't usually post reviews but in this instance felt so strongly about it I had to, despite being some time later.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are happy to answer all questions and make an effort with the kids which is always good as they find these things very boring
