Took my car in for service today, when going to collect I noticed that I had been charged for work that had not been carried out. It was only the screen wash at 3.29 but it is the principal of being charged for work not done. When this was queried I was passed to a gentleman to help me, the attitude was that I was lying. I had only filled it up that morning so know it was full. This took another 25 minutes to resolve. The delay it turns out was due to them losing my car keys, to the extent I was advised that they would need to provide a courtesy car, however as I did not have my licence on me they weren't able to do. Luckily they eventually found them. So to collect my car took 45 minutes. They did not apologise at all for any of this. Not once! Extremely poor customer service. Will be finding another garage in future.
Travelled 600 miles each way from Scotland to collect my brand new Superb L&K 280. The fact I was willing to travel that distance is testament to great customer service from my initial enquiry to collection. Well worth the distance for the price! Scott Morton was fantastic and kept me updated throughout. I would thoroughly recommend. The car is exquisite!
