Great vegan & vegetarian cafe. Seems to be very popular. Good quality food & very quick service. Had one of their wraps served with salad. Was very nice but quite a small potion for me. We also shared some very yummy cous cous. Had a juice, smoothie each, a beetroot hot chocolate and a chocolate brownie all of which was very delish. Would recommend this place and would go again
Having a vegetarian (formerly vegan) cafe offering a decent range of vegan and gluten-free snacks and sweets in a central location in Winchester is definitely a positive. Rawberry started out strong when it appeared, and filled a much needed gap in the market. Unfortunately, several years on and the now consistently lacklustre service cultivates a negative atmosphere in which, as a customer, I feel unwelcome and unappreciated. I've also found that this laissez-faire attitude towards customers also affects the quality of the food, with limp and browning salads adorning every plate I've ever received. Friends have commented similarly, and those within the industry have also complained about the rudeness of the management. Overall, I am disappointed that Rawberry has fallen steadily and significantly since opening. With any number of competitors on the High Street, many offering better service and vegan and gluten-free options, the question is what is it offering you can't get elsewhere?
Needed a break whilst house hunting in the beautiful city of Winchester, and so thought I'd try this little place. Friendly staff, great food, fab coffee and a nice diverse customer base. it's on my "must return" list. Please visit and support.
My sort of place - full of all things fresh, and tasty. A lot of effort goes into what they do. Organic locally roasted coffee. Fresh juices and smoothies- I had a large 'greeny'. Great food. Vegetarian heaven. Vegan & gluten free options. Easy access.
The second time visit here. Very good juice and smoothies! Bagel with sweet potato is very yummy! Definitely will come back again.
