Very good service, friendly staff, but more fat than meat on the lamb. Otherwise all very good. Go there often so this was a surprise.

Worst experience we've ever had and I don't say that lightly-If there was a zero rating I would give it that. Our reservation was for 7:30pm and didn't receive our main courses until 10:30pm. It took over a half an hour hour for the waiter to even take our order. We had 13 people and only 4 people got starters and everyone ordered a main course. They didn't deliver the starters until almost 9:30 and we all had to wait almost another hour for everyone's main course. They got one of the orders completely wrong and tried to argue they were correct. I took one bite of the chicken I ordered and spit it out as it was so bad. The waiter saw that I didn't eat my dinner and didn't bother to ask why. What compounded the problem was the waiter's rude behaviour - he was defensive and unapologetic. We asked 3x about where our food was and they would always say "2 or 3 more minutes" every half hour. Manager never came over to our table and avoided us I think out of sheer embarrassment. They brought out a few bottles of wine as an apology- and said it was on the house. We explained we didn't want the wine and just wanted food. They kept bringing us more bread while we waited for our food and had the audacity to charge us not only for every meal but also for the bread and the wine they supposedly gave us for free. What a joke!. We finally had enough after getting the bill so one person in our party complained to the manager and they took off 100 pounds off the bill but it was hardly a consolation as there was nothing redeeming about the experience. Will never go there again and tell anyone who will listen not to either.

We went for the first time tonight. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our table. The service was wonderful. Everyone was polite and professional. The food was excellent in taste and presented beautifully. The service was excellent and food was served with perfect timing. I loved everything about this evening. Thank you very much.

We were delighted to get a fairly last minute christmas booking for a large party and still find ourselves in a private room! The food was fab and delivered in good time. Excellent service by our waiter Marius - he looked after us all night and was wonderfully polite! Thank you for making our department night so special.

Splendid. Very welcoming even for a busy Friday. Allowed us to relax after a long day and very well priced. Cannot complain in the slightest.
