Good pub, went for a light snack and to watch an NFL playoff game. Good food and plenty of choices.
O'Niels is a great restaurant. Good pub food at reasonable prices with plenty of drink selection. If you're looking for somewhere to take the family after a day in Winchester it's a great spot. Football is played regularly (if that's your thing) and there is a small, secluded smoking area.
Nice food for the money. The staff seemed friendly enough and a good place to watch the football. Lively atmosphere.
Does not compare to Wetherspoons on choice of real ales. Just Doom Bar and London Pride available at much greater cost to cover the cost of Sky Sports. Toilet facilities need a refurbishment. It has a 5 star hygiene rating for food on the door. We didn't try the food.
Came down from Birmingham to visit my brother got his birthday. The people are really friendly and ask how everything is not overbearing at all. Tried sweet potato fries for the first time and God they are heaven. Completely recommend.
