Hotel is undergoing refurbishment until August 2019 so it might be a good idea to look for another option during this period. Bar/restaurant: disaster, avoid. Customers are sending drinks back (diluted beers?!). Staff is too busy with themselves. Disappointing experience, will not come back.Ups: Just been to the bar and changing rating to 1 * - a minimum.
Polite staff and nice atmosphere. Food in restaurant was tasty. Big car park, but a bit odd that blue badge parking was further away from entrance than electric car charging points.
Decided to stay over after a work Christmas party and it was such a BRILLIANT experience. Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Loved the Christmas decorations around the place. Food was tasty and hot
We only stopped here so my wife could breastfeed our twins on a long journey. Staff were incredible and couldnt have been more accommodating. Made us feel welcome and gave some sticker/colouring books to our 3-year old. Seemed like a great hotel from the look of the place.
A lovely venue! Smiley, friendly staff! Plenty of free parking! Reasonably priced drinks! All round, great (& nicely clean) facilities! Thanks to all that made this evening, a very enjoyable experience!
